Dealer commitment to customer handover

Our National Network of Dealers have been trained to conduct thorough recreational vehicle handover to our customers. This proceedure generally takes about 1-2 hours to be thoroughly demonstrated and presented, so please be prepared for this time on the day of your pickup.
Every Dealer has a service and repair centre that can handle the majority of service matters and an adequate range of spare parts and equipment that may be needed for your caravan.
All Dealers have attended model range training and are familiar with every aspect of each model.
Dealerships abide by an operational Code of Conduct to ensure consistant guidelines are followed around the nation with warranty and service proceedures.
